UbiFuud Host Onboarding Guide

Welcome to UbiFuud — a community where hosts share meaningful food experiences with community members. This guide will help you join the platform, set up your hosting space, and begin welcoming guests to your gatherings.

Section 1: Overview

What is UbiFuud?

UbiFuud connects local hosts with guests who appreciate fresh, home‑style meals and authentic food experiences. We support hosts by coordinating guest participation, organizing gathering schedules, and providing the tools needed to share your craft with your community.

How Participation Works

Guests discover your offerings through the UbiFuud app and request to join your gatherings. You prepare the experience; we help coordinate timing, communication, and guest flow.
 

Section 2: Getting Started

Step 1: Join as a Host

  1. Complete the onboarding form with your hosting details - at least the required information. Fill free to choose a business name if you already have not done so.

  2. If you don’t have a host name yet, you can choose one during registration.

  3. A community admin will reach out to guide you through the next steps.

  4. You may be asked to share additional details and photos so we can create your host page (upon approval).

  5. Once approved, you’ll receive a secure link where your earnings from gatherings will be deposited.

Step 2: Set Up Your Hosting Preferences

  1. Log in to your UbiFuud Host app.

  2. Navigate to Profile tab.

  3. Set your hosting details such as the hosting name and address, logo, hosting hours, etc.
     

Section 3: Managing Guest Requests

Viewing Requests

  1. Open your app and tap Bookings.

Accepting Requests

  1. Review guest notes and preferred pickup time.

  2. Accept/reject booking.

Updating Status

  1. Keep the status updated: Being prepared, Ready, or Completed.

  2. Mark the order as “Ready for Pickup” when it’s prepared.
