UbiFuud Catering Partner Onboarding Guide

Welcome to UbiFuud! This guide will help you integrate your catering business with our platform and manage deliveries through our delivery partner. Follow the steps below to get started and optimize your business operations.

 

Section 1: Overview

What is UbiFuud?

UbiFuud bridges the gap between local catering businesses and customers seeking fresh, affordable, and healthy meals. We empower caterers by streamlining the entire process—connecting them with customers, managing orders, and simplifying delivery to ensure reliable and efficient service.

How Does Delivery Work?

Once you receive an order through UbiFuud, we send request to our delivery partners to handle the pickup and delivery. You can focus on preparing delicious meals while we manage the planning, logistics, and technology.

Section 2: Getting Started

Step 1: Register Your Business

  1. Fill out and submit the onboarding form providing your business details - at least the required information. Fill free to choose a business name if you already have not done so.

  2. You will be contacted by an admin to walk you through the next steps to complete the onboarding.

  3. You will be asked to provide further information and photos in order to create a webpage for your business if you are approved.

  4. Then, you will be sent a secured link to wire you the balance you earn throughout your partnership with UbiFuud.​​

Step 2: Set Up Delivery Preferences

  1. Log in to your UbiFuud dashboard.

  2. Go to Settings > Delivery.

  3. Specify your delivery radius, preparation times, and packaging instructions.

 

Section 3: Managing Orders

Viewing Orders

  1. Go to your dashboard and click Orders.

  2. Filter orders by status: Pending, In Progress, or Completed.

Accepting Orders

  1. Review the order details, including items, delivery time, and customer notes.

  2. Click Accept Order to confirm.

Updating Order Status

  1. Mark the order as “Ready for Pickup” when it’s prepared.

  2. Our delivery partners will automatically notify a driver to pick up the order.

 

Section 4: Delivery Process

Pickup by Drivers

  1. Ensure orders are packaged securely with clearly labeled items.

  2. Hand the package to the driver upon arrival.

Tracking Deliveries

  1. Use the Tracking tab in your dashboard to monitor delivery status.

  2. Customers can also track deliveries in real-time through the UbiFuud app.

 

Section 5: Fees and Commissions

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are charged to customers at checkout. The delivery partner's fees are included in this amount, so you don’t need to manage them directly.

Commission Rates

UbiFuud takes a small commission on each order. Details are available in your partner agreement and dashboard.
